Simon obtained his MChem at the University of Hull graduating in 2019. His master thesis focused on synthesizing a dual therapy anti-cancer conjugate. Simon joined the MICL in 2020 as a postgraduate student under the supervision of Prof. Aigbirhio. His PhD focuses on synthesizing PET radiotracers for imaging neuroinflammation.
